Sources: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4266250/ supplements to lower blood pressure -High blood pressure four supplements to lower hypertension risk supplements to lower blood pressure blood pressure supplements vitamins for high blood pressure vitamins to lower blood pressure natural supplements for high blood pressure FAR SASA: USE PRODUCT IMAGES FOUND IN THE LINKS BELOW Hey everyone this is Sean White, health researcher at Natural Health Crusader. Today I want to talk to you about 4 supplements you can take to help with naturally lowering blood pressure levels. These are supplements that I take daily, as well as a few family members who have struggled with hypertension. Now if you need more information about lowering blood pressure levels I have a few videos on this channel that I'll link to below, but this video will focus mainly on the 4 daily supplements. I'll also link to the exact products for each of these that we use, so you can go out and purchase if you wanted to. So with that being said let's jump right into it. Garlic (https://amzn.to/2Ifzq00) Garlic has a wide-range of documented health benefits. Aside from high blood pressure, it can help with cardiovascular health, cholesterol, immune system support, and digestion. In double-blind studies with garlic preparations providing a daily dose of at least 10 mg allicin, blood pressure readings dropped with typical reductions of 11 mmHg for the systolic and 5 mmhg in the diastolic within a 1 to 3-month period. Allicin is an enzyme that is released when fresh garlic is cut, and to get 10mg a day you would need to eat 1-4 cloves. However, we know that may be difficult and also not the most pleasant smelling, so we found an odorless garlic supplement that helps us get our daily intake. It's called Odorless Garlic by BRI Nutrition and we'll link to it in the description. Spirulina (https://amzn.to/2K8zG2I) Spirulina is a blue-green algae that is one of the oldest life forms on Earth. It's one of the most nutrient-rich superfoods in existence. According to Nutrex Hawaii, "Spirulina has between 55 and 70% protein (which is more than beef, chicken, and soybeans), 8 essential and 10 non-essential amino acids, as well as high levels of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), beta-carotene, linoleic acid, arachidonic acid, vitamin B12, iron, calcium, phosphorus, nucleic acids RNA & DNA, chlorophyll, and phycocyanin, a pigment-protein complex that is found only in blue-green algae." Taking spirulina daily can help with boosting energy, immunity, cardiovascular health, eye health, brain health, and lowering blood pressure levels. We use Pure Hawaiian Spirulina by Nutrex Hawaii, and you can find the link in the description. Fish Oil (https://amzn.to/2MhphlE) Fish oil is a rich source of two long-chain, omega-3 fatty acids: the first is EPA [eicosapentaenoic acid] and DHA [docosahexaenoic acid]. Most people have caught on to the many health benefits of omega-3 fatty acids and taking a fish oil supplement. But if you're not aware, some of the benefits include supporting the health of heart, brain health, joints, mood & mental state, skin & hair. When taking a fish oil supplement, the body converts these omega-3 fatty acids into substances that help with reducing inflammation in the body. It also helps to prevent arterial hardening which is one of the key causes of hypertension and high blood pressure. CBD Oil (http://www.lnk123.com/aff_c?offer_id=2597&aff_id=386029) Last on the list is one of our favorite supplements, CBD Oil. CBD Oil, which stands for cannabidiol, has been somewhat controversial in that there are many health benefits, but it's not widely accepted yet. You can find a link to it in the description. So that wraps up this video on 4 supplements that can help with lowering blood pressure and hypertension. If you liked this video make sure you comment below and share this video with friends and family. That's going to wrap it up and I'll see you in the next video. hypertension risk high blood pressure symptoms what causes high blood pressure hypertension low blood pressure what is high blood pressure signs of high blood pressure hypertension symptoms blood pressure symptoms diastolic blood pressure hypertension causes high blood pressure diet foods that lower blood pressure low blood pressure symptoms high blood pressure treatment hypotension high bp symptoms what is hypertension systolic blood pressure what causes low blood pressure high blood pressure symptoms in men effects of high blood pressure high diastolic blood pressure high blood vitamins for blood pressure supplements to lower blood pressure fast natural supplements to lower blood pressure best supplements for high blood pressure natural blood pressure supplements supplements to reduce blood pressure what vitamins are good for high blood pressure supplements for hypertension what supplements lower blood pressure

Leafy greens, which are high in potassium, include: romaine lettuce arugula kale turnip greens collard greens spinach beet greens Swiss chard 2. Berries Berries, especially blueberries, are rich in natural compounds called flavonoids. One study found that consuming these compounds might prevent hypertension and help lower blood pressure. Blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries are easy to add to your diet. You can put them on your cereal or granola in the morning, or keep frozen berries on hand for a quick and healthy dessert. 3. Red beets Beets are high in nitric oxide, which can help open your blood vessels and lower blood pressure. Researchers also found that the nitrates in beetroot juice lowered research participants’ blood pressure within just 24 hours. 4. Skim milk and yogurt Skim milk is an excellent source of calcium and is low in fat. These are both important elements of a diet for lowering blood pressure. You can also opt for yogurt if you don’t like milk. According to the American Heart Association, women who ate five or more servings of yogurt a week experienced a 20 percent reduction in their risk for developing high blood pressure. Try incorporating granola, almond slivers, and fruits into your yogurt for extra heart-healthy benefits. When buying yogurt, be sure to check for added sugar. The lower the sugar quantity per serving, the better. 5. Oatmeal Oatmeal fits the bill for a high-fiber, low-fat, and low-sodium way to lower your blood pressure. Eating oatmeal for breakfast is a great way to fuel up for the day. Overnight oats are a popular breakfast option. To make them, soak 1/2 cup of rolled oats and 1/2 cup of nut milk in a jar. In the morning, stir and add berries, granola, and cinnamon to taste. 6. Bananas Eating foods that are rich in potassium is better than taking supplements. Slice a banana into your cereal or oatmeal for a potassium-rich addition. You can also take one to go along with a boiled egg for a quick breakfast or snack. 7. Salmon, mackerel, and fish with omega-3s Fish are a great source of lean protein. Fatty fish like mackerel and salmon are high in omega-3 fatty acids, which can lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation, and lower triglycerides. In addition to these fish sources, trout contains vitamin D. Foods rarely contain vitamin D, and this hormone-like vitamin has properties that can lower blood pressure. One benefit of preparing fish is that it’s easy to flavor and cook. To try it, place a fillet of salmon in parchment paper and season with herbs, lemon, and olive oil. Bake the fish in a preheated oven at 450°F for 12-15 minutes.

What REALLY Causes High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)?

Give Dr. Berg a Review: http://bit.ly/DrBergReviewGoogle VIDEOS ON INSULIN RESISTANCE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxl8h... Dr. Berg talks about the link between high blood pressure and insulin resistance. Insulin resistances, which is high insulin stiffens your arteries, disrupts the endothelial layer of your arteries, which start the hardening of the arteries as well as the cascade effect of cholesterol and calcium to accumulate in the arteries. High insulin (insulin resistance) creates inflammation in the arteries. This condition also causes sodium retention and a loss of potassium because insulin is necessary to allow this mineral in the cell. Diuretics also have a side-effect of causing insulin resistance. The treatment of hypertension is mainly medications because we are told that there is no cure, only treatment. The pathophysiology is in reality a disruption of the artery wall creating vasoconstriction, stiffness and less elasticity. The additional symptom of hypertension is headaches and a risk for stroke and heart attack. The home remedies involve actions to lower insulin - cutting out sugar, adding vegetables to get your potassium and even apple cider vinegar can help. ► How To Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally

How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerYourBP ======================================= How To Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= This is a really important question because most people don’t know that high blood pressure (hypertension) is the most important risk factor for premature deaths… It accounts for over 50% of all deaths caused by cardiovascular disease and 14% of all total deaths each year! Globally, high blood pressure affects 27% of the population and the stats are even worse in the US, about 35% of the population! And get this, it has been estimated that 90% of Americans are expected to develop high blood pressure by the age of 65. I’m very familiar with the stats because I have a family history of high blood pressure (my dad’s side), causing heart attacks and strokes. “Normal” Is Still Too High The newest research suggests that even “normal” blood pressure (120–129 / 80–84 mmHg) increases the risk of death from cardiovascular disease by 46% on average. For women, the risk was slightly lower. But for men, it was much higher—80%, regardless of age. These results are alarming in light of the fact that 33% US citizens have a blood pressure in the normal/high range (129–139 / 84–95 mmHg).... Drugs Don’t Even Work Making the problem worse, studies have shown that prescription drugs for “high normal” blood pressure and even mild hypertension are not effective. A large review of randomized, clinical trials (performed by the prestigious Cochrane Collaboration) found that anti-hypertensive drugs used to treat mild hypertension (140–159 / 90–99 mm/Hg) did not reduce disease complications or the risk of death. What Does All Of This Mean For You?… Even mild hypertension, while still in the “normal” range, can nearly double your risk of heart disease and thus, potentially leading to a heart attack or stroke. So that means we need to… Lower Your Blood Pressure, Naturally High blood pressure affects only 1% of hunter-gatherer populations following a traditional diet,.... but its prevalence increases when those cultures adopt a western diet and lifestyle … DIET Remember that your genes and hormones are primary controlling factors in how you look and feel. And, what you EAT controls your hormones and thus, dictates “gene expression”. Eating the wrong foods can cause hypertension. Pay attention to: Less Sugar & Simple Carbohydrates – When your blood sugar spikes up, typically from eating sugar or from processed/refined carbohydrates, your blood pressure goes up and blood flow decreases. More Vegetables & Fruits – These foods have higher levels of potassium, magnesium, minerals and vitamins which help lower blood pressure. In fact, this is why Blood Pressure Optimizer, utilizes the most potent blood pressure lowering extracts from Hawthorn Berries, Grape Seeds, Celery Seeds, Pomegranate and tomatoes. Less Meat & More Fish – Cold water fish has many blood pressure lowering benefits, primarily because of the healthy fats. The very opposite of modern day meats. If you don’t want to take fish oil pills, just have cold water fish 3-4x weekly. LIFESTYLE Lose Weight – Being overweight is never good for your body, and this includes hypertension. Exercise – You don’t need much. Just get out and WALK daily, even if it’s just 3x a week for only 15-20 minutes. Sleep – My sleep is horrible and as we get older, it seems to get worse for most of us. Try to get to bed earlier. Go Outside – Sunlight helps lower blood pressure. And by walking outside 3x weekly, you’ll get two benefits in one. Relax – We live in stressful times, so you need to take a “time-out” daily and relax. SUPPLEMENTS The right supplements can positively affect your hormones and can dramatically improve your blood pressure naturally, without any of the negative side-effects of drugs. Combined with a better diet and lifestyle, you’re good to go. This is why I formulated Blood Pressure Optimizer for dad and myself. It’s safe and works quickly because it utilizes clinically researched, natural ingredients such as: Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorne Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Try Blood Pressure Optimizer™ … Click here for a natural solution: ►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerYourBP ======================================== Thank you for watching. The 2 Stinkiest, Yet Most Powerful Ways to Lower Blood Pressure Naturally

08:03
https://yurielkaim.com/lower-blood-pressure-naturally-2-tips/ Adding these two things to your diet can help lower your blood pressure naturally. More: https://yurielkaim.com/lower-blood-pressure-naturally-2-tips/ These two simple (and stinky) foods can help lower your blood pressure, and both of them have a long history helping to prevent disease. The first is fish oil. Unless you’re on blood thinners, there’s no reason you shouldn’t add this super-healthy oil to your diet. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fish oil has powerful protective qualities when it comes to cardiovascular health. If you eat a vegan diet, you can try flaxseed oil or hempseed oil instead. And other food is garlic, which also has incredible antibacterial and anti fungal benefits. But when it comes to garlic’s relationship with blood pressure, a 2008 article in the journal BMC Cardiovascular Disorders, reviewed 25 different scientific studies on whether or not garlic made a difference. The results were conclusively yes: Consumption of garlic every day, or at least several times a week, reduces blood pressure. Looking for more ways to take charge of your health, naturally? Fish oil and Omega-3 fatty acids Fatty fish such as salmon and sardines are rich in eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosapentaenoic acid (DHA), omega-3 fatty acids that play a role in blood pressure. Beet juice Drinking beet juice can help reduce high blood pressure, according to new research. Beets contain inorganic nitrates, components that increase nitric oxide. Magnesium Magnesium, a mineral found in green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds, fish, whole grains, avocados, bananas and other foods, can moderately lower blood pressure, particularly in people with magnesium deficiency. In a report published in Hypertension, for example, researchers analyzed previously published clinical trials and found a small association between magnesium intake and lower blood pressure. Diet and low sodium intake Following a balanced diet that is low in sodium but loaded with plant foods rich in antioxidants can lower blood pressure. With an emphasis on vegetables, fruits, low-fat dairy, whole grains, lean proteins, nuts and legumes, the Diets to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet is low in saturated fat, cholesterol, red meat and sugar and is considered to be a dietary key to keep your heart healthy. Tea Consumption of green tea or black tea for four to 24 weeks was associated with a reduction in blood pressure, according to a study in the British Journal of Nutrition. Although both types of tea had a slight effect on blood pressure, the effect of green tea was slightly higher (possibly due to the higher antioxidant content). Cocoa Flavanols, a type of antioxidant found in cocoa and dark chocolate, can help with high blood pressure. Some research suggests that cocoa flavanols can increase the formation of nitric oxide in blood vessels, which results in dilation of blood vessels and decreased blood pressure.

♥ WARNING - High Blood Pressure Kills More Women Than Men!

05:54
My Favorite Formula For Lowering Blood Pressure Naturally: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/ProvenHBPFormula ======================================= ♥ WARNING - High Blood Pressure Kills More Women Than Men! ======================================= Most people think that “heart” conditions and high blood pressure is more of a “man’s” problem, but it’s actually the opposite! In fact, high blood pressure affects more women than men! Did you know that if you’re a woman, aside from smoking … your biggest risk factor for having heart problems is high blood pressure?... And this is because women have smaller blood vessels in the heart, making them more vulnerable to high blood pressure and inflammation of the blood vessels. In fact, the statistics are startling…. High blood pressure affects one in four women, and kills significantly more women than men: 59% of women compared to 44% of hypertensive men, according to American Heart Association’s 2016 statistics. By the way, your goal for healthy blood pressure levels should be 120/80 or lower. What Causes High Blood Pressure In Women? Pregnancy: The increased blood volume required to nurture a growing fetus—can potentially raise blood pressure to extremely high levels. For this reason, expectant mothers also should have blood pressure readings taken often. Also, hypertension can develop rapidly in the last three months of pregnancy. When this happens, a woman may need treatment—even after delivery. Menopause: Normal age-related hormonal declines, often cause a woman’s arteries to become less elastic and more constrictive, thus contributing to high blood pressure. Unfortunately, giving women synthetic hormones (estrogen and especially progesterone) makes this situation only worse. Metabolic Syndrome: Data from a five-year National Health and Nutrition Examination study of adults with hypertension revealed what causes hypertension in women: imbalance in cholesterol levels, high blood sugar levels and excess abdominal fat. These are typically associated with “metabolic syndrome”, which often leads to heart disease and diabetes. Pain Medications DOUBLES The Problem A report from the Harvard School of Medicine revealed that women taking painkillers such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Advil and Motrin) increased their risk for high blood pressure by almost 100% That’s DOUBLE the rate! And this is because of the fluid retention and decreased kidney function due to these drugs. So, only take these drugs occasionally, as needed and definitely not daily or more than 3x weekly. By the way, aspirin does not cause hypertension, but it has its own set of negative side-effects. Synthetic Hormones Makes Thing Worse Synthetic hormone replacement therapy (HRT), such as medroxyprogesterone found in drugs like Progestin and Provera, can also intensify high blood pressure by causing blood vessels to constrict. Additionally, an increase in progesterone causes a decrease in estrogen, which is NOT what you want because estrogen tends help blood pressure in women. Ironically, higher estrogen levels in men increases blood pressure. 5 Best Way For Women To Protect Themselves From High Blood Pressure Manage your stress levels - sleep better, journal, relax and be more mindful of your feelings. “Don’t sweat the small stuff”. Lose unwanted fat. Eat better - more healthy fats, fish, fiber, vegetables, while decreasing carbs, sugars, alcohol and processed foods. Exercise regularly - walking and lifting weights are best, 3-4x weekly is plenty. Take natural herbs and vitamins that are clinically proven to help lower high blood pressure - such as Hawthorne Berry, Grape Seed, Celery Seed, Pomegranate and Lycopene extract… Along with Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, D3 and B6. Remember, women really need to be careful with their blood pressure, especially if you’re over the age of 40 and are pre-menopausal or have gone through menopause. THE “DASH” DIET TO REDUCE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

02:41
THE “DASH” DIET TO REDUCE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE website : http://goo.gl/akN03M My channel : https://goo.gl/tfswGr Hypertension is the most important risk factor for stroke (stroke) and one of the main risk factors for heart disease. Cara Rosenbloom, RDQue you have a family history of high blood pressure or that you be yourself diagnosed, eat healthy foods is an important way to control your blood pressure. Canada's Food Guide is a great resource to make healthy food choices. There is a diet called DASH (for Dietary Intervention to Stop Hypertension, or dietary interventions against high blood pressure), which goes further on salt intake, fiber, calcium and potassium to help control your blood pressure naturally. Hypertension, or high blood pressure, occurs when the blood moves through the arteries by exerting a higher pressure than normal. It is dangerous because it makes the heart work harder than usual. High blood pressure occurs more frequently with age, overweight and in people of Aboriginal, African or South Asian. About five million Canadians have high blood pressure, but only 16% are treated as 42% ignore be achieved. Without treatment, high blood pressure scared cause stroke or heart disease. Good news: High blood pressure can be controlled Because hypertension causes no symptoms, it is vital to measure your blood pressure every two years or as recommended by your doctor. Once you are aware of being infected, you should take steps to control it with medication and diet. Manage your blood pressure can decrease your risk of stroke by 40% and 25% of heart attack. The DASH diet As does the Canada Food Guide, the DASH diet recommends eating vegetables, fruits, whole grains products with reduced fat content, fish, poultry and legumes. However, the DASH diet provides the following additional recommendations to help reduce blood pressure naturally: Aim for a consumption of 4700 mg of potassium per day Good potassium sources are whole grains, skim milk, fruits (especially bananas) and vegetables (especially potatoes). Try our sautéed squash and spinach. Aim for a consumer to consume 1250 mg of calcium daily Foods rich in calcium include skim milk, fortified soy beverages or juices enriched orange, cheese and yogurt with reduced fat, green leafy vegetables and canned salmon (with bone). Try our cream of broccoli with milk. Consume 30 g of fiber per day Vegetables, fruits, legumes and whole grains are all good sources of fiber. Try our strawberry sorbet and banana cereal sprinkled sound. Limit your sodium intake to 2300 mg per day Nearly 80% of the salt consumed by North Americans comes from processed foods such as deli meats, canned soups, pickles, frozen entrees, sauces and condiments. Read all labels and try to eat less processed foods. Try these homemade recipes for low sodium but high in flavor: Pickles pickled dill-free salt substitute salted varieties A frozen turkey breast with mustard and apricot replace frozen foods and prepared meats Learn about the DASH diet. [Available only in English] Every effort is high Most Canadians do not meet the recommendations of Canada's Food Guide or the DASH diet. For example, most adults consume about half the recommended amount of vegetables and fruit, not enough dairy products and more than 3000 mg of sodium per day. In a recent survey on eating habits, the Canadian Council of Food and Nutrition revealed that the first change made by the Canadians was to eat more fruits and vegetables, this is already good news. The introduction of a single element of the DASH diet (eating more potassium-rich foods such as bananas and potatoes) helps reduce blood pressure. However, combining several elements of the plan, the benefits in the prevention and treatment of high blood pressure are more important. Before changing your diet, consult your healthcare provider, especially if you have been prescribed to follow a special diet.

How to Raise Blood Pressure

09:16
How to Raise Blood Pressure What is low blood pressure? Low blood pressure, also called hypotension, means different things for different people. A normal blood pressure reading is typically 120/80 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg), but numbers outside this range can still be healthy. A healthy blood pressure reading for your body is based on your medical history, age, and overall condition. Your doctor may diagnose you with low blood pressure if your reading is under 90/60 mm Hg and you have other symptoms, including: blurry vision confusion or trouble concentrating dizziness fainting lightheadedness nausea or vomiting weakness Seek immediate medical care if you have a rapid pulse, shallow breathing, and cold or clammy skin. These symptoms may indicate shock, which is a medical emergency. Low blood pressure has a range of causes, including: abrupt change in position anemia autonomic nervous system disorders dehydration diet eating endocrine disorders extreme allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) extreme blood loss heart attack or heart disease low blood sugar medications pregnancy severe infection stress thyroid conditions vigorous exercise What to eat Eating certain types of food can help you raise your blood pressure. Monitor your symptoms and regularly measure your blood pressure to see what works. Try to consume: More fluids. Dehydration decreases blood volume, causing blood pressure to drop. Staying hydrated is especially important when exercising. Foods high in vitamin B-12. Too little vitamin B-12 can lead to anemia, which can cause low blood pressure. Foods high in B-12 include eggs, fortified cereals, and beef. Foods high in folate. Too little folate can have the same effect as too little vitamin B-12. Examples of folate-rich foods include asparagus, garbanzo beans, and liver. Salt. Salty foods can increase blood pressure. Try eating canned soup, smoked fish, cottage cheese, and olives. Licorice tea. Licorice may reduce the effect of aldosterone, the hormone that helps regulate the impact of salt on the body. Drinking licorice tea can help increase blood pressure rates, according to a case presented in the British Medical Journal. Caffeine. Coffee and caffeinated tea may temporarily spike blood pressure by stimulating the cardiovascular system and boosting your heart rate. Tips for avoiding low blood pressure Talk to your doctor or a dietitian about the foods you should scratch off your shopping list and those you should eat in moderation. There are ways you can modify daily behaviors that may help as well. Here are a few other changes you can make to your diet to raise your blood pressure: Eat small meals more frequently. Large meals may cause more dramatic drops in blood pressure, as your body works harder to digest larger meals. Avoid eating a lot of high-carb foods, particularly processed carbs. These foods are digested quickly, which can lead to low blood pressure. Drink more water and limit alcohol. Dehydration lowers blood pressure. In addition to altering your diet, you may also be able to raise your blood pressure by making these lifestyle changes: Don’t exercise too much outdoors during summer or in extreme heat. Avoiding spending long amounts of time in saunas, hot tubs, and steam rooms. Change body positions (such as standing up) slowly. Avoid prolonged bed rest. Wear compression stockings, which help blood move throughout your body. Low blood pressure and pregnancy A drop in blood pressure is common during the first 24 weeks of pregnancy. The circulatory system starts to expand, and hormonal changes cause your blood vessels to dilate. If you experience low blood pressure symptoms, let your OB-GYN know. You may need to pay more attention to your hydration during this time. Pregnancy-related low blood pressure usually goes away later on in the pregnancy or shortly after delivery. It’s important to have your blood pressure checked and monitored during pregnancy to eliminate any underlying causes for it, such as anemia or an ectopic pregnancy. Don’t eliminate healthy foods from your diet, even if they’re known to lower blood pressure. Talk to your doctor about your overall activity level and dietary habits to determine what changes, if any, you should make. Do not try to raise your blood pressure yourself while pregnant. The bottom line Eating certain foods and limiting others may help to lower blood pressure. Just make sure you don’t completely eliminate healthy foods. If you’re trying to raise your blood pressure through diet, it’s important to work with your doctor to make sure your blood pressure level is healthy for you.

My Favorite Formula For Lowering Blood Pressure Naturally: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/BloodPressureFormula ======================================= ♥ Women, Menopause, High Blood Pressure & A Shorter Lifespan By 20 Years ======================================= The Link Between Menopause & High Blood Pressure If you know me, then you’re familiar with the fact I believe so much of the way you look and feel is based on your genetics and hormones. This is probably why I’m an Endocrinology doctor - which is the “study of hormones”. As a woman’s natural estrogen levels and other female hormones decrease due to aging and menopause, her blood pressure starts to increase. This is a MAJOR PROBLEM because hypertension is linked to serious health issues such as: Heart disease Diabetes Kidney & renal failure … all of which can shorten a woman’s lifespan by 10 to 20 years or more! It Gets Worse… What’s even scarier is that high blood pressure levels often give you no visible symptoms. It’s a MYTH that people with high blood pressure will experience symptoms, like nervousness, sweating, headaches, nosebleeds or facial flushing. If you ignore your blood pressure because you think a certain symptom or sign will alert you to the problem, you are taking a dangerous chance with your life. This is a VERY important topic for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure. What’s really scared me personally at an early age, is that my grandfather died immediately with his FIRST and ONLY stroke. My uncle was handicapped and paralyzed for the rest of his life, with his FIRST and ONLY stroke. Thus – NO warnings. NO second chances. NO opportunity to make changes or improvements. And this is why high blood pressure is known as the “silent killer”. Unfortunately, having “high blood pressure” has become a “silent” epidemic… and that’s why I’ve put together this information for you today. 5 Simple & Proven Ways To Avoid & Reduce Menopause-Induced High Blood Pressure Take Your Blood Pressure Regularly You need to take your blood pressure regularly. The goal is to have your reading 120/80 or lower. Better Diet, Include 5 Specific Foods Of course, diet makes hypertension better or worse. You want more healthy fats, fish, fiber, vegetables, lower carbs and limit processed foods. And I think everyone knows this. However, I do have a special bonus video below about 5 best foods for lowering your blood pressure, naturally. Two Best Exercises Exercise is great for better health, however the two best forms of exercise for improving your blood pressure is brisk walking and resistance with weights (dumbbells, machines, cables, etc.). You don’t need much, 30 min, 3-4x a week is great for improving your hormones and reducing your stress. Avoid Taking Daily Painkillers A report from the Harvard School of Medicine revealed that women taking painkillers such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Advil and Motrin) increased their risk for high blood pressure by almost 100% So, take these drugs only as needed and definitely not daily or more than 3x weekly. Aspirin does not cause hypertension, but it has its own set of negative side-effects. Take Natural Herbs, Vitamins & Minerals You don’t need to take harmful medications to have healthy blood pressure levels. Nature already has solutions that are proven to work and are safe. Herbs such as Hawthorne Berry, Grape Seed, Celery Seed, Pomegranate and Lycopene extract… Along with Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, D3, B6 and few others, will naturally lower your blood pressure and keep it in a healthy range. Natural Treatment for High Blood Pressure

02:03
http://homefirst.com/ Hypertension is a serious medical problem that has been linked to an increased risk of heart attack and stroke. Recent scientific studies have shown that over 50% of Americans over the age of 40 have either elevated blood pressure or elevated cholesterol levels. A newly defined condition prehypertension (systolic 121-139 / diastolic 81-89) has been shown to increase risk of heart attack and coronary vessel disease (CVD). Prehypertension presents a dilemma for the treating physician. This condition should not be ignored, it should be treated beyond diet, exercise and lifestyle. Natural pharmaceuticals, prescribed at this early stage could help prevent these warning signs from becoming life-threatening problems. Scientific literature shows that pharmaceuticals, (i.e. beta blockers, ace inhibitors, calcium channel blockers, diuretics, etc.) can lower blood pressure. However, these medications have side effects which make compliance difficult. Dry mouth, headache, dizziness, vomiting, fatigue, depression, GI upset, diarrhea, slow pulse, sexual dysfunction are just a sampling of the side effects that cause patients to stray from following their doctors recommendations. Bonito Peptides and Probiotics are natural products which have been scientifically demonstrated to lower blood pressure in many individuals. Bonito peptides are a natural product derived from the Bonito fish. The peptides are extracted, purified and independently assayed for heavy metals, pesticides and other contaminants. These peptides have ace inhibitor activity which lowers blood pressure. They exert their effect by inhibiting the angiotensin converting enzyme (ace) which causes blood pressure to go up. They can successfully reduce blood pressure in a large percentage of people without additional use of pharmaceuticals. There have been no reported side effects from bonito peptides. Clinical studies have shown Bonito Peptides exert significant blood pressure lowering effects in people with high blood pressure (hypertension).2-4 The material appears to be effective in about two thirds of people with high blood pressure about the same percentage as many prescription drugs. Bananas are loaded with potassium, and not getting the correct amount of potassium daily can set you up for high blood pressure. One grapefruit a day can reduce arterial narrowing by 46 percent and help drop your blood pressure by more than 5 points. Raspberries, strawberries and blueberries are all packed with salicylic acid-the same high blood pressure fighter found in aspirin. So the next time you pass on the fruit tray, you may want to think twice! Fish: Does Eating It, Lower My Blood Pressure? Fish is one of those dishes, where you either like it or don't like it for the most part. Well I love it, even more so, since I learned of its huge benefits for fighting high blood pressure. If you have to choose one, make it tuna. The omega-3 fats in tuna and other fish help to strengthen the heart muscle and lower blood pressure in the body. Halibut is great as well. I Lowered My Blood Pressure When I Changed My Oil Before Eating... Researchers in India found that people who replaced the corn and vegetable oils in their kitchen pantries with monounsaturated fats (olive oil, or sesame seed oil) lowered their blood pressure by more than 30 points in just 60 days without making any other changes in their diet! WOW! My recommendation is to go to Sams Club or Cotsco, buy the gallon size of it, that way you don't run out as fast and it is cheaper. More Tea Please: Eating and Drinking Healthy Helped Lower My Blood Pressure and My Moms'! An American Heart Association study found that men who drank two cups of tea a day were 25 percent less likely to die of heart disease caused by high blood pressure than men who barely drank it. The reason is because of the flavonoids found in tea. They not only improve blood vessels' ability to relax but they also thin the blood which reduces clotting. The same holds true for women. My mom has high blood pressure, and she simply changed her morning beverage from coffee to tea. Doing this has not only lowered her blood pressure, but it has also aided in her losing 25+ pounds! When it comes to our blood pressure, food can be our worst enemy or our best friend, it's up to us to decide. Find out how to use food to your advantage and let it be your ally in the battle against high blood pressure, for more information on foods that lower blood pressure, visit http://LowerMyBloodPressureToday.info

What to Eat for HYPERTENSION - High Blood Pressure Treatment

03:28
High blood pressure is called the silent killer because hypertension can show up without signs or symptoms. If you think you have high blood pressure then learn about the causes, symptoms, and diet. https://youtu.be/Vjfl_ruyap0 Learn all about hypertension and how to keep it under control with these home remedies. The best foods to eat for hypertension are not what you think - pulmonary hypertension. Everyone has blood pressure. Blood pressure is simply the pressure put on the walls of the blood vessels as the heart pumps blood through them. In some people blood pressure may go up higher than the normal range and stay that way. When a person's blood pressure remains higher than the normal level, that person has hypertension or high blood pressure. High blood pressure can occur without signs or symptoms. It is called the "silent killer" because of this. It is therefore best to have your blood pressure checked every six months to one year. Symptoms associated with high blood pressure can include dizziness, headaches, and nosebleeds. Stressful situations can put you at risk and cause a short term rise in blood pressure. The exact causes of high blood pressure are not known but some factors put you at greater risk of developing it. These include: high consumption of fats and salt, being overweight, smoking, poor stress management, high cholesterol, diseases such as diabetes, and kidney infections. High blood pressure can only be controlled. It cannot be cured. Once you have been diagnosed as having it, you must strictly follow a treatment plan that includes appropriate diet and exercise. https://youtu.be/Vjfl_ruyap0 Home Remedies: Apple Juice : Drinking as little as 1 glass a day of apple juice reduced oxidation of LDL (bad) cholesterol. LDL cholesterol oxidation triggers the formation of plaque on coronary artery walls. Calcium : Many hypertensives have a lower daily calcium intake than individuals with a healthy blood pressure. Sources: Nuts, salmon, sardines, low fat dairy products, kale, broccoli. Cayenne : Capsicum, also known as cayenne, contains capsaicin which stimulates circulation and aids digestion. Fish Oil (Omega 3 Fatty Acids) : Fish Oil offers numerous benefits for lowering blood pressure and reducing risk of heart disease. Folic Acid (Folate) : helps lower blood levels of amino acid homocysteine. A high level of homosysteine is a risk factor for heart disease and stroke. Garlic : 1 clove of Garlic a day helps reduce cholesterol as well as blood pressure. If you already take a blood thinner, a lot of garlic could be dangerous. Orange Juice : Drinking a glass of any type of orange juice twice a day significantly reduced both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. It improves blood vessel function, a measure of elasticity of the blood vessels. https://youtu.be/Vjfl_ruyap0 Share the video or hit the like button Twitter: #feelgoodFGR YouTube channel page: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCV67dqDxy1i-8V9F68gPD1w YouTube Playlists: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCV67dqDxy1i-8V9F68gPD1w/playlists hypertension symptoms, symptoms, hypertension, hypertension treatment, blood pressure, blood pressure measurement, health, health tips, high blood pressure, high blood pressure causes, high blood pressure symptoms, high blood pressure remedies, high blood pressure diet, hypertension home remedy, hypertension treatment natural, hypertension treatment home remedies, high, foods for high blood pressure, pressure, blood, natural, heart, how to reduce blood pressure, high bp,medical, diet.

Aggressive Lowering of Diastolic Blood Pressure Kills Patients The title says it all. When are we going to stop medicating people to death? Misleading Headlines Shame on the author, and the publication that printed this ridiculous article that misreports data in an attempt to reassure people that taking folic acid pills promotes health and does not cause harm.

http://curehighbloodpressure.aedvz.com ◄◄ VISIT MY WEBSITE. HERE YOU WILL FIND THE MOST POWERFUL NATURAL TREATMENT THAT EXISTS TO REDUCE HIGH PRESSURE IMPORTANT HERBAL REMEDIES FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR HYPERTENSION Hi. And welcome once again to cure high blood pressure. This time we will see Important Herbal Remedies for High Blood Pressure or Hypertension. In this video, we will learn about "herbal remedies for high blood pressure". High BP is also known as hypertension. Due to the stressful lifestyle and faulty eating habits in these days of globalization and urbanization, people are getting excessively susceptible to developing lifestyle diseases such as diabetes and hypertension or blood pressure. What are the ranges of high blood pressure? A person is said to be suffering from borderline hypertension when they report of BP in the range of 120-16 over 90-94 mmHg. On the other hand, a person with severely high pressure has reported to have in the range of 160+ over 115+ mmHg. It is nevertheless a "silent killer" and shows no significant symptoms. Every person who is older than 20 years is required to undergo an annual health check-up and that includes checking one's blood pressure. Garlic powder is considered one of the most effective herbal remedies for high BP. The course of action of garlic is that it causes thinning of blood and reduces the chances of blood clotting. This in turn has a positive effect on controlling high BP. Other important herbal remedies for high BP include a combination of "onion and honey". This combination is known to have drastically reduced the BP of many individuals. Onion juice and honey are mixed in equal proportion: this is taken in daily recommended dosage of 2 tablespoons to lower high BP. Fenugreek seeds are also considered as one of the beneficial herbal remedies for high blood pressure. All you need to do is add some seeds of fenugreek to water. The high BP patient is then required to drink this water when they wake up early in the morning. This course of "fenugreek seeds in water" is one of the most important herbal remedies for high BP in the sense that the results can be within a short span of three weeks. Apart from this, fish oil is known to have a positive effect on lowering high blood pressure. So they are also considered as one of the herbal remedies for high blood pressure and are available in the form of fish oil capsules. The key component of fish oil that is significant in lowering BP is DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Apart from this, it should be mentioned that people suffering from high BP are strictly advised to lower the intake of salt in their diet as salt rapidly increases their BP. One is also required to reduce weight as weight loss significantly helps in controlling high blood pressure in overweight people. A normal, healthy diastolic blood pressure should be between 70 and 80 mmHg, while diastolic blood pressure numbers of 90 and higher can increase your risk for heart attack, stroke, and other health problems. Your diastolic blood pressure can be lowered in the same way your systolic blood pressure is lowered: by practicing a series of healthy diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes, and in some cases, by using medical treatments. 1 Following a Heart-Healthy Diet 1 Eat a diet comprised of healthy whole foods. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, low-fat dairy products, and foods high in potassium naturally help improve heart health and lower diastolic blood pressure. Start consuming more whole foods, and cut back on foods that are processed and high in sugar and fat. On a daily basis, try to get 6 to 8 servings of whole grains (1 slice of bread is one serving), 4 to 5 servings of vegetables (½ cup cooked veggies is one serving), and 4 to 5 servings of fruits (½ cup fruit juice is one serving).[1] You should also aim for 2 to 3 servings of dairy (1 cup fat-free milk is one serving), 6 servings or fewer of lean meat/poultry/fish (3 oz. of cooked meat is one serving), and 4 to 5 servings of nuts/seeds/legumes per day (2 tbsp peanut butter is one serving) per day.[2] Limit your consumption of sweets to 5 servings or fewer per week.[3] Foods rich in potassium can help balance out the effect of sodium, so consider eating more potassium-rich fruits and vegetables in particular, including oranges, avocados, beans, greens, potatoes, and tomatoes 2 Reduce your sodium intake. Excess sodium consumption causes water retention and forces your heart and arteries to work harder to pump blood throughout your body. Consume no more than 1,500 mg of sodium per day. Use sea salt instead of table salt, which often contains man-made additives that can worsen your health Keep in mind that one teaspoon of table salt contains 2,300 mg of sodium on average. The average person consumes about 3,400 mg of sodium daily--more than twice the recommended amount. Excess sodium can cause your body to retain water, which increases the amount of work your heart and blood vessels must do. As a result, excess sodium increases your diastolic blood pressure just as it increases your systolic blood pressure. Check food labels and recipes, and stick with foods that contain 140 mg or less of sodium per serving. Limit salt, MSG, baking soda, baking powder, disodium phosphate, and any compound with "sodium" or "Na" in it. Rely on other herbs, spices, and naturally flavorful ingredients to enhance the taste of food instead of reaching for the salt. 3 Consume less alcohol. Studies show that moderate alcohol consumption can improve heart health, but consuming more than one or two alcoholic beverages per day increases blood pressure and has adverse health effects. Lower your alcohol intake, and consult with your healthcare provider for recommendations on alcohol consumption.[6] Note that "one drink" equals 12 oz of beer, 5 oz of wine, or 1.5 oz of 80-proof liquor. 4 Reduce caffeine intake. Caffeine is linked to higher diastolic blood pressure levels, which occurs when caffeine blocks the hormone responsible for keeping arteries widened. Reduce your current caffeine intake, and switch from drinking coffee, energy drinks, and sodas to natural white, green, and black teas when you need an energy boost. ► 5 Worst High Cholesterol Foods You Must Avoid [Clinically Proven]

05:39
See how my parents lowered their cholesterol by 30 pts in 30 days - no diets or drugs: ►►►http://drsam.co/yt/StartLoweringYourCholesterolNaturally =============================== 5 Worst High Cholesterol Foods You Must Avoid [Clinically Proven] =============================== Cholesterol has many benefits and it’s definitely NOT your “enemy”. In fact, “low” cholesterol is just as bad as “high” cholesterol levels. However, there are certain foods that are really bad for you and can quickly increase your “bad” cholesterol levels and dramatically increase your risk for heart disease, a heart attack or stroke. Under this video I’ve got a special bonus video about how you can quickly lower your cholesterol levels in less than 30 days, naturally - without changing your diet or exercising. So make sure you take a look... However, let’s first start with the 5 worsts, clinically proven - “high cholesterol” foods that you must avoid! Dairy I’ve been saying this for over 2 decades - Milk is for babies and cow milk is for baby cows! Additionally, 99% of dairy products are pasteurized, which kills any benefits milk could have. Not to mention, the toxins, hormones and drugs these animals are given are highly concentrated in the milk - which goes inside of YOU! All of these factors, plus the saturated fat inside milk, increases your cholesterol and stresses your liver. It doesn’t matter if it’s whole, low or nonfat dairy, it’s all the same. Unfortunately, this also includes two of my favorite foods, ice cream and cheese! Fast Foods It doesn’t matter if it’s a burger, tacos, french fries, pizza or anything else - they’re all high in carbohydrates, hydrogenated and saturated fats, using unhealthy and toxic proteins. It’s cheap food. It may be easy and good for your wallet, but it’s bad for your health and cholesterol levels and you’ll pay the price later in life. Animal Protein The saturated fats and “marble fat” found in meat, pork, poultry and shell-fish is horrible for your health and cholesterol levels. I’ve noticed even grass-fed meat and free-range poultry can still cause high cholesterol in some of my patients, especially the “sensitive” ones. Limit your intake and focus more on vegetable proteins and fish - especially wild-caught salmon. Eggs Eggs can be good or bad. All the cholesterol and fat is located in the egg YOLK, which is why most “experts” say you should only consume egg whites. However, most of the nutrients, antioxidants and half the essential amino acids (protein) are also found in the yolk. The problem is when you COOK the yolk - such as hard-boiled, scrambled and fried eggs. The heat oxidizes the egg and damages both the structure of the protein and fat. So the healthiest way to eat eggs is raw or lightly cooked, so the yolk is still runny. Don’t fry it with butter or vegetable fats. And make sure it’s organic, free-range eggs. Baked Foods/Carbs (Snacks Too) Baked foods such as muffins, cakes, breads, donuts, croissants, rolls, cookies, danishes, scones, pie, etc… The types of foods most people eat in the morning when they’re in a rush, or with their coffee or at work as a snack… These are all bad because they contain hydrogenated and saturated fats, as well as dairy. Not to mention, they’re high in simple carbohydrates and sugars. “Bad” fats increase cholesterol. “Bad” fats + carbs/sugar REALLY increase your cholesterol and lead to numerous health issues. The combination is super unhealthy. Under this same category -- “Snack Foods” such as chips, pretzels, crackers and similar items are almost as bad as these bakes foods. Plus, high blood pressure causes fatigue, hair loss, impotence, memory problems, inflammation and lots of other ailments that negatively affect the quality of your life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure. The shocking statistics reveal that 33% of Americans over the age of 20 have high blood pressure.1 And 90% have hypertension by age 65.1,2 And worst of all, 72% of people don’t even know they have high blood pressure.2 And the bigger problem is that high blood pressure has no warning signs or symptoms. People think high blood pressure causes headaches or dizziness, but these are rare. So What’s The Solution? Okay, so now we know just how bad it is – so, what are the solutions? In a previous video I’ve covered all the various drug options and how they all have negative side-effects. They’re okay to short term to quickly lower extremely high blood pressure. However, it’s not a long-term solution by any means. Lifestyle improvements – Better diet, more exercise, stress management and losing weight are all very important – simply for a healthier life. And I’ve covered this topic in a previous video as well. Unfortunately, for many people – lifestyle improvements take a lot of effort, time and money. Additionally, the resulting lower blood pressure isn’t very big. So people are left disappointed and frustrated. A Faster, Easier Solution And this is where supplements come in. The correct herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals, can dramatically improve your blood pressure quickly and naturally, in a short amount of time … with the least amount of effort. And because of this, people are able to lower their blood pressure and KEEP it at a healthy level daily, month after month… year after year. So in doing the research for myself and my family, I discovered 10 natural ingredients that are clinically proven to lower blood pressure: Let’s first start with the top 5 clinically proven herbal extracts. Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorn Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Let’s not forget our vitamins and minerals. The top 5 most important ones are: Magnesium blend - There are many forms of magnesium and each has a different function, bioavailability and absorption factor. Potassium is very important because it balances sodium, which causes water retention and higher blood pressure levels. It’s a natural diuretic. Vitamin D3, B6 and C work together to improve stress hormones such as cortisol and aldosterone levels, both causing hypertension. And finally, one of my favorite amino acids, L-Arginine. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends.
