This is something that can come from both sides of the family. If somebody from your family had hair loss problems, there is a chance that you will have problems too.

Like everything in our body, hair also needs nutrients to grow and be healthy. Let’s look at muscles for advice, you will not be able to have big and lean muscles if you are eating wrong, doesn’t take enough water, you are not moving/training enough etc…..
…So it’s with hair, you should eat right food rich with iron, proteins etc. Eggs, sweet potatos, sunflower seeds, avocados, almonds… All those kinds of food will give your hair what it needs to be healthy. Water – water is one of the most important things for healthy of your hair. Your hair can’t grow and be strength if you are not taking enough water on a daily basis.

So, relief your stress, if it’s on work, try to avoid some argues, try to hang out more with friends, move things from your life that are making you stressed.
Watch some comedy movies or videos that will make you laugh – try with The Funniest Fails (i can always laught at those videos haha).
And of course – TRAIN. When you are training, your whole body will act better, because when you train, you are spending your energy, and stress also. So, walk, run, go to gym, ride a horse or anything that will make you fill better.
