In certain studies, Americans has been found to be the #1 population in vitamin D deficiency. Some of the main symptoms of vitamin D deficiency are a weakened immune system, candida or bacterial overgrowth, emotional ups and downs, hormone imbalance, trouble putting on muscle or losing weight, weakened bones or teeth, cancer, heart disease, or diabetes. Vitamin D supports having a healthy immune response, digestive health, hormone balance, and more. The biggest causes of vitamin D deficiency are not getting enough sunlight, certain chemicals from plastic bottles (bpa), and toxicity. Try to get outside everyday for about 20-30 minutes of natural sunlight. Certain foods that are sources of vitamin D are wild caught fish, raw fermented milk, mushrooms, and eggs. However, there are small amounts in the food you eat. For a good supplement, I would recommend a high quality vitamin D supplement. You don’t want to take vitamin D2, but you do want to take vitamin D3. For supplementation, take about 2000-5000 IUs a day. However, if you have a severe deficiency, then for 1-2 months, you may take 5000 IUs twice daily. Lastly, you want to take your vitamin D3 with some form of fat like coconut oil or avocado to help absorption in your body. Sometimes if your body does not produce enough organic compounds and we do not consume enough vitamin- rich foods than we may end up being deficient of some vitamins and receive several health complications. 1. Lips crack – For cracked lips you can blame the deficiency of iron, zinc, vitamin B3, vitamin B2 and vitamin B 12. Because of their limited nutrition, the vegetarians are the one who are most exposed to this problem. How to fix it – Start consuming more peanuts, Swiss chard, lentils, legumes, salmon, tuna, poultry meat and eggs. When is combined with vitamin C your body absorbs iron much faster. Therefore eat food rich in vitamin C among as red peppers, broccoli, cauliflower and kale. 2. Red rush on face and hair loss – This occurs due to lack of vitamin B17 How to fix it – Eat plenty of cooked eggs and avoid fresh ones. Consume more avocado, mushrooms, salmon, soybeans, raspberries, cauliflower, walnuts and bananas. 3. Red or white skin changes on face, arms, tights and backs – Result from lack of fatty acids and A and E vitamins. How to fix it — Avoid trans- fats and saturated fats. Eat more healthy fats. Increase you walnuts consumption, flax and hemp seeds and salmon and sardines consumptions. If you want to increase your vitamin A level eat green vegetables, sweet potatoes, peppers and carrots. How to fix it – Problems like this can be fixed if you consume more asparagus, beets, spinach eggs, beans and chicken meat. 5. Muscle cramps, pain in fingers, feet, legs and back – happens due to the lack of calcium, magnesium and potassium. How to fix it – Eat foods that are rich in the previous mentioned nutrients. Apples, bananas, kale, spinach, grapefruit and dandelion leaves.

It is a temporary condition with an easy treatment. However, when the flaking is intense and accompanied by other symptoms, it can be a sign of a serious disease. The reasons for flaking can be a vitamin deficiency, hormone imbalance or allergic reaction. - If you are inside a well-ventilated space with optimal temperature and you are not nervous, then you shouldn’t be sweating as if running a cross-country race. If you find yourself in such situation constantly, it's time to sound the alarm. The reason for excessive sweating can be the toxic diffuse goiter, or Graves’ disease, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid. All of us are quite busy and can be a bit scared to go to the doctor with some problems, thinking that maybe they will just go away as suddenly as they appeared. By cons, food and food supplements containing Vitamin B8 (biotin) may NOT qualify: be essential for healthy bones, teeth, hair, nails or skin; help strengthen the resistance of the nails; reduce fatigue and maintain vitality. These effect are now banned claims for foods and dietary supplements containing Vitamin B8 (biotin). Deficiency, uses and properties assumed vitamin B8 Biotin intake deficiency is sometimes seen in people who suffer from alcoholism or kidney failure , and among those who take treatment against epilepsy. Biotin deficiency is reflected, for example, skin problems, hair loss, of conjunctivitis or muscle cramps. Biotin is proposed to treat fragile and brittle nail problems, the acne , oily skin problems, as well as the fall and graying hair. It is sometimes used to relieve foot pain that accompany advanced forms of diabetes . How effective for vitamin B8? The effects of biotin on skin problems have been demonstrated. Studies have also demonstrated efficacy on fragile nails. However, except in cases of deficiency , the biotin administration has shown no effect on the fall or graying hair. This is a good, easy, daily reset, using your skin. Your adrenal glands are affected by your nervous system. Your brain has a “fight or flight” response, which is affected by information coming from your senses and tactile nerves below the skin. At any given moment, you’re receiving millions of points of communication from every nerve ending under your skin to your brain. When you have relaxing, soothing, tactile input that’s stimulating the nerves in the right way, it calms your brain. It lowers the “fight or flight” response, diminishing the output of stress hormones. A couple of steps to make this happen are skin brushing and using good, skin moisturizers on a regular basis. There are many benefits to this in terms of regulating your cortisol (so you can sleep better, lose weight easier and have the energy levels you want) and assimilating vitamin D more effectively. Proper amounts of vitamin D have been proven to cut the risk of over 17 cancers, keep your bones strong and your brain healthy. When you’re assimilating nutrients from your skin more effectively, diseases like Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s are less common.
