This is my weight loss journey to drop the pounds using hCG. This is my third round. I maintained my previous weight loss from the diet until becoming pregnant with my daughter. Now I'm back for round 3 to drop this baby weight plus a bit more.

Small breakfast is allowed. One fruit and up to 3 eggs whites, 4oz organic fat free yogurt, 4ozs of low sodium cottage cheese, or a low fat protein shake. Protein shake guidelines :They must contain no sugar, low carbs -3,-2 grams of fat and no artificial ingredients. Drink organic Yerba Mate or Oolong Tea with organic Stevia in any quantity throughout the day. These teas will help boost metabolism and help burn more fat. Only 1 Tbsp. milk in 24 hours.
1. 6 oz's of veal, beef, chicken breast, turkey, lobster, crab, canned tuna (in water, oil is not acceptable) or shrimp. Any White fish: Flounder, Wild Chilean Sea Bass, Sole, Grouper and Halibut. Perch, cod, haddock, and trout. Trim off all fat and weigh raw. Meat must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. Whey or Rice Protein shakes are allowed.(They must contain no sugar, low carbs -3,-2 grams of fat and no artificial ingredients.
2. One type of fiber vegetable only. Chosen from the following (Up to 1 1/2 cups per meal): Asparagus, Spinach, Beet Greens, Turnips, Turnip greens. Bamboo shoots, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Eggplant, Okra, Kale, Squash (Yellow & Summer), Watercress and Zucchini.
Water veggies can be mixed for salsa, salads or marinade. Celery, Tomatoes, cabbages, lettuce, cucumbers, onions, chard, peppers,radishes
You may snack on extra celery and cucumbers throughout the day if needed.
3. An apple, orange, med grapefruit or a handful of strawberries, Cantaloupe, Blackberries, Blueberries, Apricot and Boysenberries.
Yes you may save your fruit for a snack or save the cantaloupe for a stall breaker before you go to bed.
4. 2 organic rice crackers or 1/4 cup cooked brown rice. If you are not losing as much weight as you would like, please omit this startch of the protocol.
The same choices as above but chose different foods for dinner then you had at lunch
The juice of one lemon is allowed daily. Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, HCG approved seasoning and dressing are allowed.
Tea, coffee, plain water or mineral water are the only drinks allowed. You should drink at least 2 liters of these fluids per day NO Crystal Lite or anything with artificial sweetener! Artificial sweeteners make us fat and hungry? Stevia, chicory root and xylitol are healthy options.
