In this video, I am going to share with you Top 10 Health Benefits of Bananas for Men. Number 1. Bananas Are Nature’s Viagra. According to the Grey Clinic in Indianapolis that specializes in erectile dysfunction, 17% of men between 18 and 55 experience occasional impotence, while 6% have regular erectile difficulties. For men over 55, that number jumps to about one in three. To remedy this problem, various drugs are easily available in the market. Bananas contains bromelain, an enzyme that may increase sex drive and reverse impotence in men. Low magnesium levels have been found by many studies to cause anxiety.
