I overplucked them in my teens, leaving the hairs I get now to come back very thin, rather than the bushy thick supermodel look I love so much. I was feeling more like Pat Butcher than Cara Delevingne. Mostly because I am so bad at drawing them on. It’s just impossible to make them match! When I see someone with perfectly drawn on brows, I am 80% sure they may have magical powers. I have watched endless amounts of YouTube videos on ‘how to get the perfect brow’, Anastasia Beverly Hills has taken more than enough money from me with the amount of products I have tried. My brows are just unruly and mostly a lot of effort and time that I just don’t have. So when I saw this treatment and the thought of never having to draw on my brows again, I couldn’t resist researching further. It’s something I have seen advertised on social media a lot more recently and eyebrow tattooing is something I liked the idea of but when I saw the results on other people I was sceptical that, 1.It wouldn’t work well on my skin after I’ve had Roaccutane and oily skin And 2. That the clinics and therapists I saw advertising this treatment, seem to come from nowhere and I questioned if they would be experienced enough to perform such a difficult and accurate treatment on my face. The face that everyone sees every day and not something, like my leg tattoo that can be hidden under jeans. Who did my treatment: After doing LOTS of research, I came across Sarah Colton Cosmetics, now based near Yorkshire Sculpture Park, she had been performing this treatment for the last 5 years+ in Yorkshire and on Harley Street in London. She also works closely with Karen Betts who is also a well-known name in the permanent cosmetics industry. Sarah has a number of celebrity clients and has been featured on ITV’s ‘This Morning’. - Music bensound summer
